Set at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona, Miraval is one of the leading wellness retreats catering to those looking for a truly unparalleled experience. Despite being unique in it’s offering, Mirvaval had found itself becoming lost in the sea of competitors claiming much of the same qualities.
The team at Miraval approached Rokkan to redefine their brand story to better reflect their values and ultimately the experience guests can expect during their time in the desert. This was later reflected in an overhauled .com experience.
We created a fully responsive solution that provides information relating to the property, accommodation and amenities. To showcase the unique program of on-site experiences lead by industry-leading specialists, we organized the offerings into four key intents —Indulge, Challenge, Renew and Improve — that guide guests to available activities, best align with their purpose for their visit.
In parallel, we gave consideration to content, curating photography that supported the updated visual aesthetic, shooting with two photographers to capture the true essence of the brand.
Our vision for future phases of the digital experience focuses on seamlessly booking activities through the site to build a personalized itinerary with the aid of Miraval’s live Experience Planners ahead of arriving at the resort.
